Fall is not a season typically associated with growth and beginnings, but at Tel Hai College the new academic year brings with it a host of new initiatives, not least of which is a Department of Human Services- the sixth department in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, and the long-awaited authorization from the Committee for Higher Education to offer an MSc in Biotechnology and an MA in Social work.

The student body has continued to grow and number approximately 2,750 in the academic programs and 4000 in total.  Tel Hai’s leadership and its strategic partners are preparing for the construction of Phase II of the new campus. This phase, which will consist of a third Faculty Building, a Library and a Student Union building, will now become the main thrust of our fundraising efforts.

Moreover, benefiting from the generosity of Keren HaYesod Sweden, nutrition laboratories on the existing campus are soon to be expanded and their equipment upgraded so that we can maintain our standard of academic excellence.
