Reaffirming his unwavering commitment to Tel Hai College and the advancement of the Galilee through higher education, Max Rapaport welcomed Sagi Melamed, (in the photo: center- right) Tel Hai College 's Vice President for External Relations and Development, to his home in Paris. Flanked by son Claude and grandson David, the Rapaport family made a three-generational statement of continuing generosity to Israel's northernmost region.
During fifteen years of steadfast support, through Keren Hayesod, Max Rapaport and his dedicated Marais community from Paris, helped build Tel Hai's Science Building at the existing Tel Hai campus and is now a leader, together with the Rashi Foundation and UJIA-UK, in funding the new dormitories, scheduled to open their doors to Tel Hai students at the end of this year. |
